The new Powerlock cleat system is totally unlike any other wading cleat system you have seen before. It's not a screw-in system, it's a Powerlock system. Don't screw your cleats in the old way, 'click' them in with the Powerlock system. Before you use them, you must watch the video at the bottom to ensure you do it right.
